Return Window

  • Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition (unused and undamaged) to qualify for a refund.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Please note: depending on your bank or card issuer, additional time may be required for the funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges

  • We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
